 1. Dates contain fiber.  Which improves digestion and relieves constipation.

3. Pregnant women who regularly consume dates increase their chances of normal delivery.  Complications arising from cesarean delivery are not good for women.  In that case, eating dates helps to make the whole process of delivery much easier.
